1. Details you submit
The estimate and contact forms collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, property address and ZIP, metro, service interest, approximate area, an optional work-area outline and message, as applicable. A saved reference identifies your enquiry. A random browser reference is created when you submit so enquiries from the same browser can be related. It is not a login or an identity check. Please do not include payment details, government identity documents or other sensitive information in your message.
2. How the details are used
We use these details to review your property or question and follow up about an estimate. This website launch does not offer customer accounts, payments, file uploads or automated AI analysis. Submitting a form does not automatically enrol you in marketing or an SMS programme. If account access becomes available, enquiries can be linked only after the account email is verified.
3. Website providers
Vercel hosts the website and enquiry API. Supabase PostgreSQL stores submitted enquiry records. Cloudflare provides DNS and Turnstile security verification. Mapbox receives map and address-search requests when optional map tools are opened with consent. USGS supplies the aerial imagery used for property outlines. Sentry receives sanitized technical diagnostics; enquiry message bodies, email addresses and verification tokens are not included in those diagnostics.
4. Verification and optional tools
Security verification and basic site functionality support the forms. Optional analytics, when configured, run only with consent. Interactive maps load when you choose Show map or open the measurement tool. Address searches are sent to Mapbox. If you choose Use this area, the outline and calculated area are included when you submit the enquiry.
5. Keeping and correcting records
Enquiry details are kept for review, follow-up and records that need to be retained. To ask about correcting or deleting your details, use the contact form and include your saved reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before changing or deleting a record.
6. Contact about this notice
Use the contact form for questions about how this website handles your enquiry. A saved form reference confirms the record was received; it does not confirm delivery of an email or SMS.
